The Ramblings of a Lucid "Hero"
A hero need not speak; when he is gone...the world will speak for him
Skyrim
i played it and then sold it 2 days later.
You would have finished it; I’m sure but then…you took an arrow to the knee. haha! I’ve been afraid to play it. Haven’t played an Elder Scrolls since Morrowind (Part 3) skipped IV, which I heard was not as enjoyable as 3 but those same people tell me if I liked 3 I’d like 5 so…I dunno. Right now I’m deep into Star Wars: The Old Republic because at the very least…I’m getting EIGHT different single player experiences. That game is really good and if you liked WoW you’d love it; it’s all voiced and interactive so even though it’s very similar, quest wise it feels different because you can immerse yourself in the decisions of alot of chains and the interactive dungeons, known as Flashpoints are a blast, albeit none have been quite as memorable as the first ones (Black Talon for Empire and “Esseles” for Republic) However, they serve as a GREAT out of the box level 10 experience to send you on your way since the rest of the Flashpoints, thus far, haven’t been as interactive. My highest is only a level 42 Bounty Hunter/Mercenary (Everyone went empire -_- but I like dual wielding pistols :D) level 50 is cap. So far though the story has been good, even for the Bounty hunter. Ok, I need to stop rambling on because I’ll end up “fanboying” it a little too much even though it’s not perfect by any means. I refer to IGNs review to sum it up about as well as I could. I concur with the 9 out of 10 rating.
Anyways, thanks for your feedback on Skyrim and that might be saying alot cause you tend to like RPGs too so I dunno if I’ve fallen out of touch with those kinds of RPGs. I personally can’t wait for Diablo 3 and Mass Effect 3, Kingdom of Amaluar also looks promising.
